Complaint said disorder of solar lighting system would have caused them to move the blog against private company. After one months of installation of solar beam system, it began giving illnesses. As per company's promise, solar system perhaps provide light for seven time, but in few months it worked for jus two to three hours. Complainant complained in company's office, where officials assured to fix it in 7 days. But unfortunately till date the solar system is not fixed, consumer moved to forum irritating to refund amount paid through the course of installation of solar system and pay Rs nine lakh for mental harassment.
